Senior Quantity Surveyor, Richmond, Surrey
An established Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior level Quantity Surveyor who has long term ambitions to become a Partner of a PQS practice in Surrey.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
Outside of being involved in the day-to-day running of the business, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for your own projects and provide the pre and post contract services including Bills of Quants' and producing Schedules of Rates.
The company work on a wide range of projects including:
- Residential (High End)
- Hotels
- Leisure (Cinema's and Casino's)
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit and sociable team of Quantity Surveyors with a flat management structure.
Everyone is hands-on and this isn't just an office job.
