Job Details

I have a vacancy for a Building Surveyor with the experience, confidence being responsible for the technical and proactive management of an insurance loss. 
There are vacancies in North and South London and the Kent/Surrey border. 

You will have the following experience and skill set:

  • Defect and damage assessment and repair schedules 
  • Prepare budget costing and produce final accounts
  • Ability to produce accurate and detailed reports
  • Be team focused and have good communication skills
  • Must be reactive to daily workloads and be able to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented with the discipline to work from home
  • Contract Administration and interim valuations 

You will ideally be Chartered, MRICS or MCIOB, but if you have the experience and ability required your application will be accepted.
