Senior Building Surveyor

A leading multi-disciplined property consultancy located in Central Manchester are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding consultancy.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide range of instructions of both professional and project based work across a variety of commercial properties.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for building business relationships with both new and existing clients as well as mentoring and developing junior members of the team.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

  • A mix of professional and project work
  • Business generation and development
  • Communication with all stakeholders
  • Working with high profile clients

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS with 2 or more years PQE
  • Experience within a commercial building surveying environment (2 years +)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
