Part / Newly Qualified Building Surveyor

Part or Newly Qualified Building Surveyor required for established Property Consultancy in Manchester.

The Role:

Working in a team of 4 Surveyors, you will be responsible for all general surveying duties with a focus on professional work including: Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters, Building Surveying Reports, and Measured Surveys.

You will work with the wider team in Manchester in an office of approximately 25 Surveyors, with staff who have been with the company in excess of 10 years, therefore training and support will be widely available.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying
• MRICS or APC registered with 6-12 months left to complete
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment
