M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor, London

An independent Quantity Surveying practice which has grown dramatically over the past 12 months is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with both Mechanical and Electrical experience, preferably with a successful track record of running build projects.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking projects from cost plan (stage 1-4) to final accounts whilst working closely with clients and contractors on a weekly basis.

Projects will include data centres, commercial fit out, residential, and pharmaceutical.

  • Cost plans
  • Managing M&E pricing deliverables
  • Advise cost management on M&E services
  • Preparing fee proposals
  • Preparing Bill of Quantities/Tender document

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree
  • A proven record of delivering mechanical and engineering services
  • Client facing
  • Strong QS, technical knowledge
  • Ambitious
