PRS Procurement Manager – Residential Portfolio
London Developer / Landlord
Required by leading built environment Investor / Asset Manager. Must understand the costs of running their buildings, their current supply chain and be able to recommend alternatives and understand how to mitigate costs and track costs / lifecycle.
This role will suit an experienced Facilities / Procurement Manager capable of overseeing a Residential Property Portfolio of 1,400 flats and be able to rigorously challenge all aspects of their cost base ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
You will be able to implement a value engineered maintenance and operational procurement strategy and develop a robust and sustainable supply chain relationships that deliver exemplary performance and value.
