Marketing Assistant -
NEW BUILD EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
We are recruiting on behalf of a Property firm based in Warrington. They are looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant to work within their Sales & Marketing department. The opportunity to join their Marketing team at this stage is really incredible. They currently have 20 live developments alongside fantastic benefits and a BONUS.
The Marketing Assistant will have the following duties:
- Maintain and update the website and keep on top of their digital marketing.
- To work closely with design agencies.
- Assist with monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaign.
- Assist with offline marketing and collate information for brochures, newspaper adverts, sales launches etc.
- Assist with show apartments for all operation sites.
You will need the following:
- Previous experience in marketing within a House Builder is a MUST.
- Strong content writing skills.
- Great attention to detail.
You will also be required to liase with the external agency the client uses.
