Capstone are recruiting on behalf of one of the most successful cost and project management consultancies to have been established in the last 10 years, pioneering within the industry. Our client's presence within the developer and investor markets resonates particularly within the residential, hotels and leisure industry as they grow their infrastructure team to support these developments.
About the role
This is a rare opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience in both property and infrastructure to join their expanding infrastructure team. The client base of this consultancy are renowned developers and investors who are building mega mixed-use schemes where there is an element of infrastructure. This employer is looking to grow its infrastructure capacity to help service their clients. This team is in its infancy, but the demand and opportunity is huge.
About you
-A demonstrable track record within the consultancy world is required, with experience working within the developer and investor sectors ideally.
-Involvement with large-scale residential, student accommodation or hotel projects would also be desirable, but a background within infrastructure projects is key.
-Technical knowledge of Quantity Surveying and a working knowledge of the NEC contract is essential. Experience in utilities, pipework and NEC contracts will be very advantageous.
