Building Surveyor
A Global Property and Construction Consultancy are seeking a Building Surveyor with 3+ years industry experience to join their expanding team.
The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a varied yet project focused role on behalf of a variety of education and commercial projects throughout London.
This Consultancy place a huge emphasis on staff training and development meaning the successful Building Surveyor will receive a person-specific career development plan and continued CPD exposure.

- Design and Specification work
- Project delivery
- Minor works projects
- Contract administration
- An understanding of AutoCAD
- Building Surveys
The successful Building Surveyor
- 3+ years Building Surveying experience
- Proficient carrying out design and specification work
- Experience carrying out education projects preferred
- Private Practice/Consultancy background
- A RICS accredited degree
In Return, the successful Building Surveyor will receive
- £30,000 - £45,000 + car allowance
