Retail Project Manager

A new and exciting requirement for a Project Manager looking to jump into the Retail Sector.

My client looks after high-end luxury brands and the work is in London with the option to work internationally.

This role will include the full fit out on some of the most lucrative brands on the market.

Main Duties

• Work closely with the client to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
• Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project and manage their development and delivery.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Chair and Minute large Design and Client Team Meetings
• Ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the business unit.
• To estimate and plan projects from start to finish with built in contingencies.
• To ensure the project meets industry leading quality standards.
• Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.
• To conduct project presentations and compile reports.
• Chair & Minute Client and Design Team and Project Meetings.

My client are looking to pay £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
