Blayze Group are working on behalf of well-established Property Company based in South Manchester / Cheshire that are looking to secure a Surveyor who will be responsible for the management of a mixed-use portfolio. They pride themselves of building first class commercial & residential accommodation as well as provide 'best in class' customer service. Such dedication has meant that they have successfully built a portfolio over several decades and are seen as one the most reputable developers in the North West.

As an Estate Surveyor / Asset Manager you will be tasked with:
* day-to-day property management which will include overseeing rent collection, service charges and the coordination of contractors
* rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
* annual valuation of the portfolio
* asset management and the identification of ways to increase the value of the portfolio
* agency and the letting of vacant space
* identifying development opportunities and/or refurbishment and extensions.
