Senior Project Manager

A medium size consultancy need a Senior Project Manager to complete projects across a range of sectors such as high end residential, large commercial projects and office fit outs. The client is based in central London and hold a reputable portfolio of work.

What will I be doing?

• Attending client meetings and reporting to the client in regards to progress of the project
• Support Cost Managers
• Manage the work load amongst members of the team
• Give advice on planning, procurement and logistic plans
• Prepare contractors and clients throughout the whole process

What is the client looking for?

• Similar experience working as a Project Manager for a consultancy
• Experience must include commercial projects
• Working as an Employers Agent would be desirable but not essential
• A clear demonstration of interest in the Building Consultancy market

You'll be managing your own work load in this role and have the ability to run several projects at one time. Projects must be delivered to the clients expectations and be completed by the set dead line.
