Description

Achieve the timely preparation and delivery of valuations and reports to a very high level of accuracy and be able to work independently within the team.

Work efficiently to maximise profitability whilst observing RICS regulatory requirements 'Red Book'.

Be open to involvement in new areas of work within the valuation business and identify opportunities for business growth.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a confident, problem solver and must have an inquisitive nature

Must be able to confidently engage and negotiate with internal teams and stake holders as well as external agents and businesses. Must be willing to seek out new challenges and strive to develop.

Ideally you will be an MRICS registered Valuer with significant experience within the commercial sector.
