A leading international property consultancy located in Sheffield are looking to appoint a new Director of Building Consultancy to lead and develop their current building consultancy team.

The successful Director of Building Consultancy will be responsible for developing and mentoring members of the BC team whilst also having a comprehensive understanding of all core building surveying disciplines.

As the successful Director of Building Consultancy, you will primarily be working within commercial property covering a full-range of building surveying disciplines whilst ensuring the BC team works in an effective and efficient manner.

The Role of The Successful Director of Building Consultancy will include;

• Liaising with other Departments and Divisions
• Developing and building the BC department and mentoring the team
• Undertaking the full remit of traditional building surveying duties
• Liaising and developing relationships with clients

The Successful Director of Building Consultancy will have;

• MRICS with 5 years or more PQE
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven history of client interaction and negotiation
• Ambitious and motivated to develop the BC department
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying

In Return, The Successful Director of Building Consultancy will receive;

• £55,000 - £65,000
