Commercial Building Surveyor (Surveyor - AD level) - Birmingham

Are you an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor who would like to make a significant impact on behalf of a growing company?

Beach Baker are seeking a commercial Building Surveyor who would like to work for a growing international consultancy. This firm currently have over 200 staff and have regional offices throughout the UK, with their present services including property management, facilities management and building consultancy. They have a range of retained clients, however particularly prominent ones include several national fund investment and asset management firms

The successful candidate will be joining the Birmingham office and will be performing typical Building Surveying duties. Consequently, the post-holder will be technically-minded/adept and be client-facing.
