Development Surveyor

A highly regarded Property Consultancy are currently looking for an MRICS qualified Surveyor to support their planning and development team based in the West End. The position will focus on providing analysis and development appraisal  to a range of clients. The planning and development team work with a wide range of clients including some of the country’s largest property portfolios, the team provide a range of services focused around both development land and property.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop financial models in excel to support development decisions
  • Undertaking development assessments on a range of different property types
  • Analysing and keeping up to date with property market performance

Key skills and experience

  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor
  • Excellent numerical and excel skills
  • Experience within a development or investment focused position
  • Financial modelling experience beneficial
