Property/Asset Manager (Unique Role) – London - £60,000 + benefits

We are looking for an experience commercial property manager for this unique role within our client who are based in The City. Working closely with an Investment Manager, our client deals with Prime Grad A offices and some Super Prime Residential predominately in London with the odd national and international assets. They work on behalf of some of the most desirable names in property and pride themselves on giving high quality property management advice.

Due to growth they are looking for an experienced client facing property manager who has the gravitas to take control of some of the client relationships, being the right hand man to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the commercial portfolio, setting budgets for expenditure, running the accounts and controlling the rent collection, dealing with day to day technical issues and reactive works. Some property management including the service charges are outsourced and you will be responsible for managing that process.

Later on down the line there will be opportunity to get involved with Asset Management and there is potential for shares in the company in the medium term for an ambitious and driven individual who proves himself
