An experienced multidisciplinary project and building consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing Midlands office. If you have a RICS-accredited degree and are looking to develop your experience by working with a diverse range of clients and projects, our client is keen to hear from you!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience working on a varied range of projects across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. You will have the chance join a modest, growing team of experienced members of the Building Surveying field. With opportunities to work with the company Director, this role offers fantastic opportunities for career progression. Graduates will be provided with expert support and advice on their journey towards chartered status and beyond.     

Ideal candidates will be driven, creative and intelligent with a dedication to Building Surveying. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the client-focussed nature of the role. Ideally, you will have some experience of Building Surveying either during University or following graduation. You will also hold a full, clean UK drivers license.
