Longstanding and very successful sole trader is wanting to wind down and retire in 2019.
Busy workload of pre-purchase building surveys and Homebuyer reports for private clients.
It’s taken many years to build this thriving base of local contacts and loyal clients.
Turnover circa £120k PA.
Will consider all options, including sale of the business or working alongside with a view to future takeover.
