Consultancy is looking for a Senior Surveyor to Join Expanding Team

Your new company
Is an expanding consultancy located outside of the city centre. Specialising across multiple sectors: including residential, retail and office space they have a strong pipeline of work leading into the new year and have an expanding team.

Your new role
Is to be a key player within this growing consultancy, being the go to senior surveyor you will ideally be MRICS and have a background in Building Surveying. The team already has 2 fee earning directors, architectural technologists and a junior building surveyor.

This team regularly socialise and pride themselves on providing CPD for all members of staff and have a genuine interest in furthering their employees careers.

On a day to day basis you will go from surveying an historic residential property to working on large housing schemes for a housing associations, thus, you will need to be able to adapt to different projects and understand a diverse client base.
