This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Principal Building Surveyor with experience of, and a real passion for, building surveying. Joining our existing building surveying and asset management team in the Cockermouth office, you will already have a wide range of valuable skills and knowledge from building pathology to contract admin through to project management. You will play an active role in providing all kinds of built environment services covering clients’ needs, varying from local residential projects to large commercial sites. You will produce reports, schedule maintenance work and support contract procurement and project management. Working with colleagues, who are experts in their field, you will discover how to develop leading edge solutions, maximise technical quality and efficiency, achieve project revenue targets and use specialist software. Crucially, you will exceed clients’ expectations.

You will be working towards achieving your chartered status within 12months or will have already achieved MRICS status.
