You will work for a client side organisation based in Derbyshire.

Your new role
You will work as a Surveyor, working with both project management and building surveying duties. You will work alongside the Manager, managing their large property portfolio, working closely with dilapidations, schedule of conditions, running multiple sites, demolishing projects, managing contractors, work with planning teams in regards to other projects the company are running.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within building surveying or project management, and have strong experience in commercial or industrial.
