A brilliant opportunity for a Project Manager to take the lead at a driven consultancy based in the heart of the West End in Central London. You'll be working at a striving company amongst an experienced and motivated team. The client has a portfolio of projects in the retail, commercial, residential, education, healthcare and leisure sectors.

The role

• Complete 2 new high end residential projects in London from inception to delivery for private clients
• Be part of on-going projects such as office fit outs
• Work alongside Building Surveyors, Contractors and the design team to ensure projects are completed to the set deadline and to the company's impeccable standard

The ideal candidate

• 3-5 years' experience with a Building Constancy
• Have experience working on commercial or residential projects as Project Manager or Building Surveyor
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with members of the team and clients
• Have a passion for Project Management and promotes pro-activity
• Ambitious and organised individual
