Project Manager

A fantastic position has presented itself for a project manager to join a highly regarded construction consultancy based in London.

About the client;

 Our client is a leading global construction consultancy who work across a variety of sectors including, residential, commercial, education, public, power, retail, transport, and water/utilities. The services they offer range from project and programme management, architecture, cost management, engineering and environmental solutions.

You will be joining the mid-range residential development team, working on on-going design and build projects, where you will get the experience and personalised learning support you need to take your career as far as you want it to go. 

The team is involved in some of the UK’s most complex and stimulating projects, working closely with blue-chip clients in the residential sector. Projects are diverse and technically demanding.

Projects will vary in size and complexity up to £100 million, and you will be working alongside and supporting the senior members in the delivery of these projects.

About you;

You will have a construction related degree and ideally, have experience working in the residential sector.

It is essential that you have good communication skills and the ability to liaise with the senior team members as well as the ability to support the more junior members.

Remuneration;

• Salary – £40,000 - £50,000
