The Role:
This consultancy is the UK's leading independent property consultancy, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1897 has more than 14,000 people operating from over 400 offices across 60 countries. As a result of continued success, their Birmingham office is recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to support in the growth of the Project Building Consultancy department. They are looking for an individual keen to work as part of a growing team, and who is client facing, motivated to assist in business generation to increase both the range and quantity of instructions. The individual should have the ability to work both independently and as part of the Birmingham and wider National office network, in an efficient and professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Having chartered status, the candidate will be MRICS qualified with previous experience within a commercial environment having undertaken a wide range of instructions across the building consultancy discipline, on a range of commercial property. The consultancy is open to recruiting at all levels for this role post MRICS and are keen to meet with exceptional Chartered Building Surveyors who would like to work in Birmingham. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to really grow within their role and to be a part of a growing, dynamic office that will offer an excellent working environment and a supportive, enthusiastic team. This opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor will allow someone to gain a wealth of experience, develop their career at a rapid speed and work on some extremely exciting projects in the Midlands.
