Quantity Surveyor - Leeds

Quantity Surveyor at Surveyor or Senior Level required for an independent consultancy based from their Leeds office.

Operating as an LLP, this company specialise purely on Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration across a variety of sectors having worked with some key clients including Asda, Kingston University, NHS Trust, Rolls Royce, the Crown Estate and many more.

The Role:

You will work on a variety of projects, taking the lead on both pre and post construction phases and will have full responsibility for forecasting, preparing tender documents, procurement, purchase orders and final accounts, whilst being able to provide detailed reports to the client.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and who is able to work swiftly and with precision.

Requirements:

• MRICS or close to completion
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment
