This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established Multidisciplinary Building Consultancy with excellent opportunities for progression within their City office, London.

With a multi-disciplinary team covering Building Surveying, Cost Management and Project Management, our client offers a wide range of services right across the commercial and residential property sectors, with clients across the private sector, local and central government. 

With nationwide capability delivered throughout the 10 offices they have a team of over 100 qualified and experienced surveyors across the British isles.

With continued growth across London, they are now recruiting for a newly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to join their City offices, London.

This position will offer rapid progression within a highly rewarding work environment.

Person Specification: Newly Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor

• The successful applicant will hold a RICS accredited degree or equivalent and will be a Chartered, MRICS
• You will have proven UK experience within the Commercial or Residential sectors
• You will have excellent communication skills and be happy in a client facing role
• You will be able to work independently and also collaborate with team members
• You will be comfortable running your own projects independently

Roles & Responsibilities: Newly Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor

Working across the Commercial and Residential sectors you will have experience with all the core technical skills, including;

• Surveys
• Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence
• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• and everything in-between

Salary & Package: Newly Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor

This highly rewarding opportunity comes with a salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience + comprehensive package. Salary and package can be discussed in more detail upon application.
