Job Details
A highly experienced Project Director is needed to lead and deliver the construction phase of a super prime residential development in the heart of London.
You will be expected to:
- secure the design,
- create a construction plan,
- monitor project programmes and costs,
- ensure the standards and specifications are of the highest standard
- forecast and quantify resource requirements
- ensur delivery of project within time constrainst and budget
