Client Details
Our Client is an International Investor/Developer with a focus on High end residential projects around London & the South East. They have grown by 3 fold in the last year and are continuing this exponential growth. They are looking for an Development Investment Analyst to join there growing Investment Platform.
Description
The individual will work within the Capital Team on financial modelling for new investment opportunities and performance on ongoing projects. The position of the Financial Analyst plays a pivotal part in relation to providing analytical support across the Organization, delivering high quality, timely, business key critical analysis.
- Financial modelling to provide risk assessment, investment performance and return on investments
- Assist in development of financial planning models and loading of forecast and budgetary data
- Appraising property development opportunities with full due diligence
- Assist in analysing each of the opportunities, preparing appraisals, analysing risks and drafting reports/presentations to the senior management, which will enable to make decision on acquisitions
- Assist in preparation of business plans, cash-flow models & project budgets
- Financial modelling to support and challenge key assumptions made by the development team and external advisors. Interrogate & question external market research and analysis
- Provide models and analysis to influence and direct strategy. Working with the capital team and development team on market trends, project projections & product pricing
- Commercial appraisals and business planning for new developments and newly acquired assets to the portfolio
- Provide financial modelling to maximise total returns
Profile
- Experience of residential property development appraisals.
- Strong data analytical skills
- Advanced Excel - Financial Modelling
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in financial modelling
- Scenario and sensitivity-based analysis & modelling
