Junior Construction Manager

This is an entry role for someone who has a understanding of the construction process for multi-unit residential projects.

You will join a growing team of professionals who oversee a number of projects ranging from office to residential conversions, re-fits of existing rental units, and cut and carve to extend existing buildings. Their portfolio sits within the M25 and you will play an integral part in costings, design, procurement, stakeholder management, contractor management, snagging, and everything else needed to handover a finished product within time constraints and budget.
