Director - Property Valuation

Director, Real Estate Valuation, Leading Financial Advisory Firm, Property Surveying, London, Salary £125,000

Due to the continued success of my growing client there is a unique opportunity for a Senior Level appointment to lead the commercial valuation business for a globally recognised firm.

This globally recognised financial consultancy who are a market leader, service blue chip FTSE 100 companies, governments, lawyers and regulators as well as start-up and entrepreneurial businesses. This trusted advisers clients value their technical expertise, real estate focus and business acumen. You will be joining a wider team of c.200 professionals who provide valuation support for real estate business and tax purposes.

Your new role

As a Director within this organisation you will be responsible for independent business valuations relating to all property / real estate matters. You will be tasked to correspond with HM Revenue and Customs, The Valuation Office while acting as the major point of contact for your book of clients.

As a business leader you will be responsible for driving the business forward generating new and existing leads while conducting significant property inspections. Completing Red Book valuation reports - Full Job Spec available upon Application.


What you'll need to succeed

• A Chartered Valuation Surveyor MRICS (or equivalent) with demonstrable post-qualified experience
• Significant experience in carrying out commercial property valuations in accordance with the RICS Valuation Global Standard 2017 the "Red Book"
• Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably Experienced in business development activities with new and/or existing clients
• Experience of dealing with client senior management, managing and developing junior staff
