Freelance Architect
Freelance | Architect | Revit | Hotel | Leisure | Consultancy
A well-established construction consultancy is looking for a freelance Architect to join their team. The Architect will be remotely based with the occasional visit to their office in Bradford as and when required.
As a result of continued growth over the last 50 years the need for an Architect has arisen. The Architect would ideally have served in a senior position previously, either as a Senior Architect or a Project Architect.
The Architect will support the immediate of the client working on Hotel & Leisure projects and will have extensive experience in the use of AutoCAD and Revit software.
Experience Requirements
- AutoCAD & Revit software experience
- Retail, Residential and Commercial sector experience
- Relevant Degree
- Confident and capable
- Strong and solid technical & practical skill
Role: Architect
Location: Client - Bradford (Home based role)
Sectors: Hotel & Leisure
Duration: 8 Weeks
Day Rate: £270-£300 per day
Client would like a project price, however an hourly / day rate can be discussed also
