Your new role

This position is within the Valuation & Development consultancy team who provide a range of services to the commercial and alternative markets for both private & public-sector clients. As a Senior Surveyor or Associate (depending on experience) you will be required to independently complete red book, loan security, development and investment valuations in addition to developing more junior members of the team and driving new business development.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Registered Valuer - Essential

The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years post-qualified experience and must be able to demonstrate the following;

• Market awareness specific to the commercial & alternatives sectors.
• The ability to complete detailed valuation reports for bank lending, red book, tax, transaction and development purposes.
• A strong understanding of the public-sector policies and processes.
• Execute valuation assignments including inspections, market research, valuation modelling and detailed report writing.
• Co-ordinate and assist with UK wide portfolio valuations.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints to deliver high quality service.
• Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent client skills.
