Freelance Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor - Contract / Freelance North East - Regional Role £150-£170 per survey

Hays are delighted to partnering with an extremely busy, and fast-growing consultancy business to recruit a Chartered Building / Stock Condition Surveyor on a Contract basis.
You will join a buys and expanding team, to support the business in delivering surveys for a national contract. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, and efficient in managing their own work load.

Your new role

Within this role, you will be required to work across mostly housing disrepair surveys and will be inspecting breach of duty cases where disrepair has come about on properties due to the landlords disregard of building regulations.
You will be required to carry out damp surveys, and inspect cavity wall insulation as well.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will either be a Chartered or Associate RICS Surveyor, with residential survey experience, hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own transport.
