Job Details
Our client is a medium sized independent Construction Consultancy with 5 offices throughout the UK.
Due to an increase in work load with a new client they are currently recruiting for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds. To be considered for this role you will be degree qualified ideally with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or another similar construction related discipline. You will also have gained a minimum of 2 years previous experience working for another Consultancy/PQS organisation and be comfortable working within a client facing role.
Previous experience working within the retail/food retail sector would be beneficial but not essential and you will need to be comfortable working and liaising with Project Managers and Contractors on site.
There will be an element or travel across the North involved in this role so a full driving licence is also essential.
