RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS (NO MORTGAGE VALUATIONS)
AssocRICS, M/FRICS with progression to early directorship.

The organisation was set up in 2002 as a firm of Chartered Surveyors who had a variety of experience and a collective enthusiasm for their work. They wanted to create an independent surveying company with a relaxed and enjoyable working atmosphere, whilst aiming to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to all their clients.
They now have an esteemed reputation for undertaking high quality inspections for private clients. These include building surveys, Homebuyer reports, private valuations for various purposes (no mortgage valuations), plus leasehold work and other specialist areas.
Due to increased workloads and a pending retirement, the client wishes to select 2 or 3 additional surveyors to join the team. You should be M/FRICS or AssocRICS qualified with appropriate experience ideally within the residential sector. The company also has the potential training resources to assist AssocRICS surveyors to progress to MRICS.
Subject to location and experience, a top basic salary is negotiable, plus high performance bonus with a range of other benefits. There is every opportunity to progress to directorship at an early stage after joining.
