A commercially focused multi-disciplinary built asset consultancy located in Bristol are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their reputable and expanding team.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of both project and professional work and will be suited to someone who is looking for a more traditional building surveying role.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will typically be working on commercial property as well as being responsible for liaising with clients and generating new business

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will include;

• The full remit of traditional building surveying disciplines
• Working across both private and public sector clients nationwide
• Liaising and generating strong professional relationships with new and existing clients

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS (Newly qualified considered)
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• 2 years commercial experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Client facing with experience generating new business
