Senior Cost Manager - Central London
£55,000-£70,000 p.a. plus additional company benefits
Capstone's Cost Management team are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the rapidly growing London office of an award-winning Property and Construction Consultancy. Having recently moved into brand new offices, this national consultancy is eager to recruit an experienced, client-facing Senior Cost Consultant to progress alongside their increasing London presence.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, specifically in the residential, health, education and heritage sectors within an energetic and dynamic office environment. Additional employer's agent experience is also of interest to our client and would be advantageous alongside a strong quantity surveying background.
About you:
You must have achieved MRICS status and have the desire to progress quickly to an Associate role within the business.
Our client is extremely interested in technically excellent Quantity Surveyors with previous experience delivering and leading on various residential schemes and health frameworks.
The successful candidate should be from a consultancy background with an ambitious and hardworking attitude to work. They should have outstanding client-facing ability and thrive in a diverse working environment.
