Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham

A world leading project and Quantity Surveyor consultancy with a continuing success of delivering commercial and Quantity Surveying services to high profile clients are looking for a client facing Project Quantity Surveyor.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a variety of commercial and residential schemes between £3m - £20m

The Quantity Surveyor Role

  • Prepare feasibility studies
  • Manage cost estimating and cost planning process
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Tenders
  • JCT and NEC
  • Ensure post contract change is managed effectively
  • Undertake monthly valuations
  • Final accounts
  • Strong communication skills
