Housing Association Opportunity in the New Year!
I am looking for an experienced Regeneration Manager to work for a Housing Association located in Essex. You will be involved in a number of mixed use developments, from inception to completion.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
- An impressive portfolio on mixed use development and regeneration projects.
- Ability to manage a medium sized team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial models and to be able to manage budgets.
- Experience in stakeholder management
