Building Surveyor - MRICS

An independent Property and Construction Consultancy are looking to add a number of Building Surveyors to their already established team.

Having experienced recent growth and with a strong pipeline of work, this dynamic firm offer a range of services to its commercial clients whilst undertaking a number of projects in the heritage and conservation sectors.

The team currently consists of 10 Surveyors plus admin support; they are very progressive and are looking for people who will eventually come up through the ranks and take on partner level in years to come.

The Role:

Working across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail and Education you will conduct a full range of building surveying duties whilst being involved in numerous projects. Typical duties will include Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters, Planned Preventative Maintenance and Drone Surveys.

Recent project examples include: Sheltered housing schemes, New build sports hall, Dilapidations proceedings at a School and Condition surveys of a Grade ii listed building.

Requirements:

• MRICS Qualified
• Experience of working in a consultancy
