Residential Valuation Surveyor - Office/Home Based

A highly regarded firm of Chartered Surveyors are looking to hire a Valuation Surveyor into their expanding professional services team based in Kent.  The role will focus on undertaking a variety of residential survey and valuation work. The workload will focus on providing valuations for secured lending and providing condition assessments across a range of residential property types.

The company prides themselves on providing a professional service for their clients, as such the focus of the role is not on targets but rather the quality of work produced. Whilst you will have an office base there is an opportunity for a large portion of the role to be home based.

Candidates must be charted (MRICS/FRICS) and a RICS registered valuer and have experience of undertaking valuations within the residential sector.  Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to provide a first class service to client.
