Quantity Surveyor – Manchester
Industrial Sector
Quantity Surveyor with proven Employer’s Agent experience gained within a variety of sectors including industrial/logistics developments is required to help to deliver our clients expanding portfolio in this sector. You will be familiar in the key drivers behind bringing challenging sites to market including site preparation/remediation, infrastructure, and “shed” design standards. You will be expected to lead from the front and provide high quality advice to clients and design teams.
Ideally you will be chartered MRICS and be able to demonstrate experience in providing high quality consultancy services to developers in the industrial sector. Suitable candidates will relish the opportunity to join a highly successful, growing team and you will be ready to embrace the challenge of building on their reputation in this field.
