Planner - Rural Practice

A long established and highly respected Warwickshire firm of chartered surveyors are seeking an experienced planner to join their expanding team. This role will have the opportunity to maximise strong existing relationships from within the multi-disciplinary firm, as well as the backing to grow a team. The organisation is one of the most reputable firms of chartered surveyors in the Midlands region and has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join them with a potential route to equity and partnership.

You will manage a wide variety of existing relationships, managing your own portfolio of clients. You will be tasked with delivering cost effective solutions to planning issues, planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers.

To be considered for this position, you will have experience operating in a planning role for either a consultancy, house builder or within the public sector. It’s important that you are motivated to deliver an excellent service and have the ambition to progress your career. Ideally you will have some exposure to operating within a rural / agricultural environment, although this is not essential.
