Facade Manager

An Insurance and Warranty provider operating throughout the UK are now recruiting for a Facade Technical Standards Manager to join them on a salaried basis. This role fits within the Approved Inspector side of the business who also offer training and support to the wider business.

The Company

With over 20 year's behind them, this company are going from strength to strength throughout the whole business. Currently sitting at approximately 300 members of staff but with excellent staff retention rates. They offer a work environment where technical staff are home based going to site as needed. The business works with; builders, developers and property professionals throughout the UK.

The Role

Working as a Facade Manager you will report directly into the Facade Director and be given full support within the Major Projects side of the business. You will co-ordinate and manage the facade elements of projects including external facade consultants.

Other Facade Manager duties include:

• Audit work completed by internal and external teams.
• Ensure projects are resourced.
• Review reports on a regular basis.
• Monitor Facade elements of the DRR.

To be a successful Facade Manager within this company

• You must be a capable people manager - this is a large element of the role.
• Hold extensive Facade experience.
• Commercially minded.
• HND/HNC or degree within Construction.
