Chartered Building Surveyor

A rapidly expanding, well-established independent commercial building consultancy located in Birmingham are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their highly skilled team.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities able to work as both part of a team and individually.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be working across the full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial.

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will include;

  • Technical due diligence and environmental due diligence
  • Working within a dedicated commercial building surveying consultancy
  • Taking projects from inception through to completion

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • MRICS 1 year+ PQE
  • Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
