Area Director - Top Tier Panel Manager

Our client is one of the largest corporate firms acting as panel managers and residential surveyors for top tier lenders and financial institutions nationally. With the largest number of panel contracts and highest volume of work in the sector, they offer much sought after stability and job security in a presently subdued / turbulent market.

As a result of incumbent retirement, they now seek an Area Director for their South Midlands region; encompassing Peterborough, Cambridge, South Leicester and North Northants.  The successful candidate will have responsibility for:

- The management of staff and overall responsibility for performance / profitability of the region.

- Client Liaison

- Compliance / Complaint / Query handling

- Surveyor Recruitment

- Reporting to senior management on performance and profitability

This is an "off the tools" with no remit to undertake daily inspections. The remuneration package reflects this with a strong basic salary (£60k), 20% annual bonus (as a percentage of basic salary based on regional performance as well as compliance targets), Company Car or £6k Allowance, Stakeholder Pension, Private Health Care, 25 days holiday (plus public) and a range of lifestyle / well-being benefits.
