An award winning, multi-discipline property and construction consultancy company located in Bristol are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their significantly experienced team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking the full remit of traditional building surveying duties, whilst also mentoring and developing more junior surveyors in the team.

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will be the key point of contact for prestigious clients as well as being responsible for ensuring that clients are managed in a personable yet professional manner.

The Role of The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will include;

• Preparing schedules of dilapidations
• Analyse and report on building defects
• Prepare schedules of dilapidations
• Supervision of building work on site
• Handling claims and negotiations

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS 4 years PQE+
• Private sector experience
• Proven business development skills
• Previous experience in managing a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

In Return, The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will receive;

• £50,000 - £60,000
