Primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of part of a portfolio of high-spec office buildings in and around Berkeley Square, Mayfair and in Knightsbridge.

The successful applicant will be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with Commercial office property management & asset management experience.

Your new role

As briefly described above the successful candidate will be the primary point for tenants and their advisors on all professional property matters. This surveyor will be responsible for all day to day management matters for high-spec commercial office buildings in the West End dealing with licences, assignments, lease alterations and vacating tenants. The senior surveyor will be directly reporting to the client's asset managers providing quarterly reports, pitching for new business and driving fee earning incentives.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - ESSENTIAL

• A proven track record managing commercial office buildings
• A strong communicator with negotiation skills
• The technical ability to manage tenancy schedules, service charge budgets, lease events and tenant enquiries
• A team player with the ability to generate new business

The successful MRICS candidate will be offer a Senior Surveyor position within the West End Management team, there is a competitive salary of c.£45,000 + £4,500 Car Allowance.
