This is a unique opportunity to working for a leading UK infrastructure consultancy who are looking for a commercial professional to deliver general practice surveying services to a major rail property portfolio.

Your new role

This exclusive opportunity will require a professional surveyor to deliver general practice surveying services to a major client. The role will involve a mixture of property and asset management instructions driving the rent roll, managing rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears while providing strategic plans tailored to the asset / location. The portfolio is made up retail and office properties with some headline tenants including Starbucks, M&S and WH Smith. Additional responsibilities will include;

• Leasing a mix of commercial property and particularly retail and catering premises
• Management of leasehold commercial property
• Reporting to clients and providing both high level and detailed advice

What you'll need to succeed

This organisation are looking to attract a professional commercial chartered surveyor who holds PQE within property & asset management surveying. The role will require significant property management service charge, rent, debt and health & safety management in addition to technical landlord and tenant knowledge to negotiate rent review independently.
